The committee have decided each team is permitted to cancel 2 matches in each half of the season.
If a team cancels more than 2 matches they will be deducted one point for each subsequent cancellation and the match still has to be played.
The fixtures secretary must be made aware of which team has cancelled when a match is postponed and this will not count against the opposing team.
